wrong analysis. 1078 students in sc category have above 415 marks in tier1+tier2. If they score 50 marks on average, there will be at least 1000 students scoring more than 465. since the number of 4600gp posts are less than 1000. Cut off will be atleast 470. For mea/css it will be more or less same as previous year. Other than excise inspector, cut off could go even higher than previous year.
