sir you have given wrong example of question no.12 write answer is This is a Vikas's pen will be right answer.
when a name of person end with s like vikas, mukes, then we add" 's" for show possession.
but common noun which were plural form end with "s" then we use apostrophe at the end of common plural noun.
for example
Teachers' room.
Football players' team.
