MY ANS UP SAPERATE CIRCLE AND HARYANA CHANDIGARH AS HALF OVERLAPPING CIRCLES ( diagram like in some pens are pencils) becoz sir CHANDIGARH is also a capital of Punjab na how come it come whole inside Haryana circle. Can I challenge this question pl reply sir
