Sir in the second question can we use the Gauss law field to calculate potential difference between two plates and then find the capacitance. I used the field to be 2Klambda/r… This method is used to calculate capacitance of cylindrical capacitor if the angle subtended is 360°

Sir please make video showing general approach to finding equivalent capacitance. I am talking about the complicated circuits not simple series, parallel. None of the answer key make sense they simply change given circuit to suit their answer and say it is right. Same goes for equivalent resistance circuits. They simply disconnect anywhere… combine any juctions….very irritating.

Also. I felt it would have been useful if you had told which two ends of plates were connected. There can be one more capacitance if you connect the top and bottom and also the other two side faces. Then we will get a different capacitance
