So the possibilities are that next hearing that is 25th of may 2018 might come up with a sort of relief for the students because students and their parents are asking for the re-conduction of the exam.
Advocates Lokenath Chatterjee and Subhajit Das appeared for the petitioners before the Calcutta High Court.
Similar petitions calling for the re-conduct of CLAT 2018 have been filed in the High Courts of Delhi, Punjab & Haryana, both Benches of the Rajasthan High Court, the Madhya Pradesh High Court, the Karnataka High Court, and even the Supreme Court.
