The Verbal Ability section is far more straight-forward than the other two sections in CAT. For starters, the number of topics in VA-RC is less. You can expect at most 4 topics here (going by what happened in CAT 2015, CAT 2016 and CAT 2017).

Moreover , you can expect that your viewers are well aware or the pattern of the paper. So , no need to spend almost 4 minutes on explaining the paper.
Try to address the title only, that would make the things much better.
