Btw, could you make a video in how to get begter at kicking with one foot while moving arround but nit dropping the feet, and how to kick with both feet by kicking with one landing with the foot and kicking with the other really fast? I know its a matter of practice, but since taekwondo is mostly known for spinming kicks and the 2 things i described… I guess you may have a trick or two, or at least some drills to be better at it…
