If you are someone who is reading the book for the first time. No worries. Follow the lecture and read the book simultaneously. What you see in pdf is exactly what you would find in the book — word by word.
I see people asking sir to increase the speed. I don’t think it would be wise. The objective is to read along with the book and develop an understanding as well as make notes, mark & highlight the text in your book. For those who want speedy lectures refer to crash course video.
