Unacademy Turns Two!
We are celebrating the completion of two years at Unacademy, but there is still a lot to learn and a lot to teach. We have come a long way, and we have raised the bar to strongly move even further. Thanks for helping to make Unacademy a success! Let’s keep it going and growing for many more years to come.
Unacademy was founded in December 2015, by Roman Saini, Gaurav Munjal, Hemesh Singh and Sachin Gupta.
The journey began as a YouTube channel in 2010 by Gaurav Munjal, an entrepreneur. In 2015, Roman Saini, one of the youngest doctors and IAS officers, joined Unacademy, which then started focusing on UPSC civil service exams coaching.
The website platform provides courses on competitive exams like UPSC, IAS, SSC CGL, GRE, CAT, CLAT to name a few. Apart from the competitive exams, the platform also provides various other courses on programming, English, engineering curriculum, lifelong learning, CBSE syllabus etc.
