Union public service commission (UPSC) has declared the
final results of the recruitment based on the combined geoscientist and
geologist examination 2017.Candidates who had appeared for the selection
process, may download the merit list from the official website, upsc.gov.in
The combined geoscientist and geologist examination 2017 was
announced by UPSC in the month of March for appointment to the Group ‘A’ posts
of Geologist, Geophysicist and Chemist in the Geological Survey of India and
Jr. Hydrogeologist (scientist B), Group ‘A’ in the Central Ground Water Board.
Based on the written examinations that were held in the
month of May 2017 and personality test/ interviews in October 2017, the final
