    1.Habbit (seating , test series, knowledge sharing)
    2.consistency
    3.Manage pressures( by changing Routine , Place, Group, Residence)
    4. Know yourself ( self value )
    5. finding Souce of catharsis (eg. Prayer ,playing with children,talking with friends and family, connect with nature.)
    6. Exercise & Good food.
