Corruption,Nepotism and political interference will be there….

The only positive point of this change has its own negative points. If someone wants to be an IAS and has worked hard for it, scored good marks and then on the basis of foundation course it is decided that he is more suitable to be an IFS, that person will be disheartened and will never be able to put his heart to his duties. He will never be able to work with his full potential.
And no one can deny the cases of favoritism and corruption in this process.

हमारे समझ से ये बदलाव कहीं न कहीं sc, st या obc को थोड़ा दिक्कत का सामना करना पड़े।
और जहाँ तक पर्सनालिटी की बात है तो जो स्टूडेंट गांव या कसबे से आते है और जो शहर या अच्छे स्कूल में अध्ययन कर चुके है दोनों में काफी डिफरेंट नजर आएंगे।
और एक ये भी है कि भाषा को लेकर काफी दिक्कतों का सामना करना होगा।
कुल मिलाकर बात ये है कि आप बदलाव करें इससे कोई आपत्ति नही है लेकिन 4 महीने का जो कोर्स है ये क्यों क्या ये फिर भेद भाव का एक मार्ग है या कोई सत्ता पक्छ के खिलौने??????

Jitna mujhe pata hai, cadre allocation ka matlab state cadre preference nhi Diya jayega. Log shayad news nhi dekhte aur ek video par bawal machate hai.. Jo rank 1 laya hai wo apne hisab ka service Lega but uske preference ka state usetab milega jab wo LBSNAA k foundation course me accha performance layega. That decision was made keeping in mind to remove regionalism in some civil servants Jo IAS to ban jayenge but apne home state ki ghulami karenge taki transfer na ho.

Paisa feko ias bano ye hone wala hai
