Last year the question paper was above average. Cut off fell by almost 11 marks. This year most of the coaching institutes and experts also concur the paper was tougher ,for some it is toughest in the last so many years. So logically the cut off should fall by minimum of 15 marks than last year and I strongly support the cut off prediction of Clear IAS. All others simply lack common sense.
