UPSC recruitment new rules 2018 ,
now the IAS, IPS, IRS etc will not be decided only on the basis of the rank obtained through the UPSC exam, but the training at the academy as well.
this’ll ensure the serious training by the probationers at the academy and might even reduce the number of students reappearing in the examination.
