US B-Schools losing their charm, Indian aspirants exploring new options - News

According to the latest survey report of GMAT, Indian students are exploring new study destinations to pursue their MBA programmes. Earlier their first preference was USA, but as per the latest report they are applying to different countries. The report indicates that now Indian test takers are applying to B-Schools in India, Singapore, UK and France. These emerging destinations are playing a major role in affecting the supremacy of US B-Schools as Indians are now looking at management education options in all continents.

In the present year, nearly 18% of the 1.33 lakh Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT) scores that Indian students sent to business schools went up from 13.5%.
