Sir I have seen a panchayat where #sarpanch is a dalit.. Bcz this time the seat was reserved for #Dalit and adivasi's.. Then when it comes to working period the privious man who was on this post handling everything like allocation of roads, Water, electricity.. Common thing about these two people is they are from a single political party.. and I asked some one in this village why sarpanch not interfering in this.. The guy Said the person who is Sarpanch is illiterate and he don't know about how panchayatiraj system works.. So… Then imagine if he don't know about the system than how he would represent his dalit and adivasi's community in the system…
