On North Korea, the world is way past tactical solutions. Only a comprehensive diplomatic solution will work. Explain (150 Words)
Solution:
The lingering skirmish between USA and North Korea has been seen for long. There are no conclusions reached till now. No mediation is initiated to resolve this ongoing tussle. All the superpowers are keeping their hegemony and military power intact to suppress the North Korea’s nuclear activity. USA, Japan and South Korea are coming closure for military group and exercise. Which may again provokes to North Korea for its mischievous nuclear activity and indirectly provokes to China too.
Who can mediate on this tussle issue?
1) China:
Geographically and economically North Korea only connected to China. North Korea does its trade with China. History also says that China helped North Korea during Korean peninsula Crisis and defeated South Korea and US’s force. If North Korea will obey some country in the world then that is China. Therefore to tame North Korea, USA, Japan and South Korea should approach to China and find the mediation path to resolve this lingering tussle between USA and North Korea. Nuclear Energy for war is not good for any country, that we have seen in second war and it consequence even today seen in Nagasaki and Hiroshima.
2) India
Globally India has remains a neutral country and well known for its soft power. India is one of North Korea's biggest trade partners and a major food aid provider. According to (Confederation of Indian Industry) CII, India's exports to North Korea in 2013 totaled more than US$60 million. India strongly supported UN resolutions and military operations against North Korea during the Korean War. However, India has said that it wants the reunification of Korea. In 2002 and 2004, India contributed 2000 tones of food grains to help North Korea tide over severe famine like conditions. In 2010, India responded to North Korea's request for food aid and made available to it 1300 tonnes of pulses and wheat worth $1 million through the UN World Food Programme.

ii. On 23 April 2015 North Korean Foreign Minister Ri Su Yong visited New Delhi, capital of the Republic of India.
iii. Trade-
India-North Korea –petroleum Products
North Korea -India –Silver and Auto Part
iv. Huge reserve for Silicon materials
Conclusion:
Till now there is no result found. Such war never benefitted any country. It is only once ego of hegemony and supremacy of military power. History will has kept all records of Cold war, Vietnam War, Syria war, Iraq war and Yemen war, USA has not gain anything. Therefore USA should learns from the History and implement in present. USA takes help from India and China for the mediation talk. A peace and tranquility of world will be betterment for both USA and North Korea and ultimately for whole Globe.
