  30. For planting solution, my suggestion is that we should give the responsibility of the growth of plants to the authority which cuts the trees or forest and develop infrastructure. When these authorities want to develop new infrastructure, it should show the data of the growth of earlier plants. And our govt. should set a threshold limit for the growth of the plants. And these authorities are allowed to develop new infrastructure if it cross the threshold limit.
