  2. Education:
Learning things to make our living better, by developing a conscious mind filled with logical notions to differentiate between good and bad, helping in taking right decisions and actions in pursuit of achieving the final determined objective of one’s life, forms the core of education. As human races have evolved from the stone ages till date, it would be regressive that every generation starts its learning from hunting, fire making or inventing the wheel.
So the learnings of past generations, their failures, successes and experimentation in different fields when put together in the form of the subject, books and courses systematically to observe, analyze and go further ahead in developing things for a better living form the education system. The next generation quickly grasps the learning of his ancestors and carries the research and discoveries ahead to make new and better things.
Education imparted in our system in schools/ colleges are divided into primary, secondary, graduation etc.Society has become competitive, with its unending tendency of gauging everything in the form of more/ less, big/small it has induced marks/grades as a parameter to gauge ones learning. What corrupts the system from the beginning is the relentless pursuit of becoming better than others by scoring more in exams, by this the whole objective of learning fails. This results in inclination towards the theoretical accumulation of knowledge with little knowledge of its practical implications and applications. And the whole concept becomes a herd race, mind and eyes fixed on winning rather than enjoying the process of learning.
What India faces today is not lack of human resource but lack of quality of humans. with deficiency of skills and knowledge of practical application, it becomes a struggle for any newcomer to exist in a competitive system and contribute to its development.
Changes that should be implemented in current education system are:
    1. At the primary level, along with theoretical knowledge, more and more activities should be introduced in the syllabus, and exams should not be limited just to written question answers, rather extended to showcase of creativity and innovation by indulging the students in performing or developing new things.
    2. Making systems to judge individual students on their areas of interest and encourage them by providing opportunities and counsel for future career prospects in that field area.
    3. Include compulsory apprenticeship and internship for undergraduate students.
    4. Annual teacher training programme, to create awareness about modern teaching methods.
    5. Investing more in infrastructural facilities of the education sector.
    6. Robust auditing process to maintain the quality of education, especially in government-run schools.
    7. Encouraging more student exchange programmes with global universities.
    8. Interconnecting schools and colleges of rural/remote areas with urban areas so that no one is laid back and the system becomes centralised.
    9. And finally working towards making quality education free in the whole country.

The basic foundation of a country is laid down in the classrooms. If these classrooms are not given paramount importance, then its future is bound to be gloomy. The sooner we understand this, the better it will be for us.

  3. According to you what is Education? Does the kind of education which schools and colleges across India are imparting to fit in your definition of education? If given chance to transform India’s education system, on which aspects would you focus more? Justify.

According to me, Education is a life-long process of accumulating knowledge. Education is necessary for overall development of human being. According to me Education should develop a human being mentally, physically and economically also.
The education which the schools and college are providing still has many flaws in it. The biggest flaw in the Indian Education System is it still focuses on Rote learning. This suppresses creativity of young minds. So this kind of education does not fit in my definition of education
If given a chance I would focus on following aspects of education:
    1. Changing mindset of both teachers and students from rote learning to creative learning via use of Internet, PPTs and documentaries.
    2. Enhancing knowledge of students by organizing a special lecture of an expert every week.
    3. Infrastructure development of schools and colleges via providing basic facilities such as separate toilet for women, clean water and proper sanitation to increase the participation of girls.
    4. Providing vocational education and training to increase the chances of employability and better life.
    5. Linking education to student’s aspirations & interests by identifying them via organizing counseling sessions at the beginning of course.
    6. Providing education to remotest area of India via internet.
In short I will focus more on creative learning along with practical learning which will increase the chances of employment and better life of students.

  5. Education is vital tool used to make a stable economy and bring vast development to the country .
In todays time education system is diverting from its original path of providing skills, over development of students
Today students and educatuional instituitins are focusing on improving the marks of students instead of there skills.
Education without skills is like a pot with hole at the bottom.
Recently Bill Gates comments towards the degrading educational system of India is a worry for the economy
Many students graduate from universities and only few of them are able to take up the jobs because of lack of skills.
A skilled person tries for becoming a job creator which is a good sign for the country .
Recently govt has started many schemes toward providing skills such as PMKVY.
Even thogh govt may try at it level but with out the interest of citizens it not possible to achieve required level of improvement
Way forward it can like many skill person voluntary can impart there experiences to those people who lack there skills

  7. Education is a process in which and by which the knowledge, characters and behavior of the human being are shaped and molded. Education is lead to the enlightenment of mankind. Imam Ghazali said that education is a process which enable an individual to distinguish between the true and false, the good and bad, the right conduct and the evil doing. Aristotle said a education is process of creation of sound mind in a sound body. Pestolozi said education is a natural, progressive and systematic development of all the forces. It distinguishes human being from other creations. The process of education is not only self- realization of the individual but it is also to bring into action the potential in man.

  8. Education:
In my views, the definition of Education is defined as the Knowledge which is inculcated in school and colleges and utilized in the real world.
Education is not a thing which is learned in a school or colleges only, It is the enlightenment of soul and mind which is reflected in the style of working in life.
Education is not a way to earn money after getting a degree.
Education is waste and useless without the utilization of it in real life experiences.
    Education system in India:
Primary Education—– Upper Primary Education—- Secondary Education—– Senior Secondary Education—- Higher Education.
Absolutely not, the education which is imparting in school and colleges is totally unfit with my definition of Education. Because:
    1. Lack of the Infrastructure of schools
    2. Bad condition of the government schools: Lack of Teacher’s interest in schools.
    3. Privatization of Education (A number of private school rather than government)
    4. Lack of interest of the students in to the study due to the financial and family problems.
    5. Bad implementation of Govt. MDM scheme.
    6. Old curriculum trend which is not match with today’s life style.
    7. Lack of R & D in Education system.
    8. Lack of coordination between govt. schools and Research Institutions like: CSIR and others.
    9. Lack of facilities related to the teacher’s training centres.
    10. Lack of a central level and state and district level authority and committee which is worked for the redressal of the lacunae of the education systems.
If anyone will give me this kind of opportunity to strengthen the education system, Then firstly I would like to Reform which are:
    1. Stop the more privatization of schools (At the 20 Km distance area approximately 4-5 schools you can see)
    2. A routinely survey of the every govt. schools within 3-4 months to check the working and education strategies of the principal and teacher’s staff.
    3. Set up training centre for teachers in every district to train teacher how to deal with children at primary level and higher level with compassion and honesty.
    4. Don’t be taken education as profiteering policy.
    5. Eradicate all the problems at the root level (Strengthen students at primary education level: Inculcate the feeling of brotherhood, federalism, Respect our nation, don’t be corrupt, Lesson of globalization etc….)
    Way forward:
Two more important things to strengthen a nation is————–” Education + Health”.
    Govt. Policy——–Learn>>>>>> Earn>>>>>>> Yarn.
Other schemes: Skill India, Make in INDIA, Start-up INDIA etc… are on track and pick-up the speed if and only if “the child of this nation is well educated in the direction of skill”.

  9. The literal meaning of education is to develop the conscious mind ,high order thinking skill and value based. In education system, basically in school ,college and university level should be student oriented, I mean focus more and more career oriented and problem solving oriented. But now a day many school and colleges focus more on theoretical knowledge rather than focusing more on practical knowledge ,in addition to ,they emphasis quantity of book ,it means they focus quantitative education not in qualitative education ,the market demand of education is today completely skill based ,but school and college doesn't full fill the current demand .I think according to definition of education maximum schools and colleges across India are not imparting fit, so need to be a bigger reform in it.In my view following changes are made :-(1) focus more on skill developmental education (2)reduce the number of books ,and increase the number of problem solving assignments (3)To focus more and more on leadership quality education ,it really helpful to bridge the gap of good administration in India.(4)syllabus of course should be prepared by demand of market education. My own suggestion:-The education system should be flexible it means it tend to change according to change in the technology then we prepare ourself in the list of top colleges and university of the world.

  10. Today's Answer
I ll try my best to give Answer,
Education is not only the name of this thing that u get some college and u get job it's never be Education.
According to me Education is whatever You get knowledge from school, college, university etc u have to do as reform on your society and ur village, what u get knowledge from this institution you have to implement what u get or not it means what is wright or what is wrong, you have to tell the people and ur faimly.
But very few people are seeing to do this kind of work.
After educated mostly person they return their job,it means they want to do job and they like to earn money.
Not only few person doing this kind of work mostly person are involved.
This are some words related about what is Education.
    But onething there
Where we get education there is not good system and not good maner they do only that things that's called syllabus,
    They wants complete his syllabus.
But it never called education society or institution.
If we wants to obtain good knowledge we have to follow in a good manner and it's depend only good thinking.
If we are thinking about our country will be progress or not,the answer u ll be find only after giving good education

  11. What is education?, education is nothing but a art which gives a happiness to childre, in which they don't seems to be an burden. They must seem as a hobby, through that they should mently prepare for
What they actually want is a policy for under 14 year students. Now we think related with higher educational teaching strategies in which only a therotical knowledge given to students rather than actually they want practical for further life, for employment

  14. Q. According to you what is education? Does the kind of education which schools and colleges across India are imparting fit into your definition of education? If given chance to transform India’s education system, on which aspect would focus more? justify

Ans. “Education is a process of learning which gives the ability to any individual to make rational decisions in life”. It can also be called as the acquisition of knowledge through storytelling, discussion, training and research.
The present process is far away from the basic concept of education because it only involves the reading of certain subjects given in form of books without even the practical knowledge to understand the concepts written in those books which ultimately does not serves its intended purpose.
Let me tell u a real life example that how we can transform the education system which not only make this process interesting to students and it also serves the intended purpose.
The education system of laddakh was not beneficial for local residents at all but some slight modifications made the system so effective that in last decade the students from this region not only compete with other part of the nation despite many geographical disadvantages but excelled in solving problems of various environmentally sensitive areas like water conservation and effective utilization of it. All these small changes with big outcome become possible by the effort of Mr.Sonam wangchuk, a revolutionary personal behind this change.
Modifications to make education more relatable:
    1. Don’t let the language barrier hinder the process of learning. Always give importance to the local languages in designing the course.
    2. Introduce the practical way of learning along with the books.
    3. Motivate students to take any practical problems around and solve them with scientific knowledge.
    4. Introduce the skill development program with various courses dependent upon the level of education. For example, The basic functioning of computer must be introduced at primary level of education with successive advancement as the education level changes.
    5. The hand on training percentage must be increased at the higher level of education which is more close to the employment requirement of industries.

  17. Education is like is a give a take relationship but more focused on the side of our educators where our future generation is totally depended on our teachers.
We all know that our school and college system have adopted more sort if rote learning .
for eg.1. Consider and example of an engineering college where focus is more on marks rather than practical and it's very difficult to cope up with the reality or we can say the working environment.
2.If we consider our schools today there are very few government school left ? why. Many government schools as we saw in news more thn 1000 were closed because of no student so the reason is the mindset as well.
It is very important that we link our education system with industry so that we can create skilled ppl and be among the innovators and not among the followers of innovators.
So more knowledge is important but if it can be applied practically than India is no way far from developed to developing countries So initiatives like this is imp:
    1.More practical based learning
2.More importants to concept rather thn marks.m
3.Investment in building quality education and not quantity.
4.Education that will give us skilled ppl.
so education is directly related to our industries which is related to overall growth of our country globally and making better place in all the indexes. so education is tht baby step which needs proper implementation.
    PLEASE REVIEW.
