In my Opinion, Reforms needed in the organization are—
1) Restructuring of UNSC Membership . bcoz as of now 2017, the entire GEO-Politics is completely changed and still changing as compared to 1945.

2) There is a need to have some changes regarding VETO , to eliminate the improper use of VETO Actions.
It may be like Special Majority basis or something.

Eg— Recently Russia Vetoed in case of Syria.

3) UN's restrictive administrative actions should not be dependent on P5 regarding international affairs or any crisis in order to bring back peace and security.

Eg — In case of "ISRAEL" situation earlier, USA vetoed so may times.
