The topic is whether normalisation will be done or not. Conducting Tier-I is out of the question. Next step is tier II. It may be delayed. But definitely completed within coming 2 months.
First thing ye hona chahiye ki SSC ka negligence kamana padhega… and 2nd thing ye bhi hona chahiye ki student ko HAR BAAT PE case thukna bandh karna chahiye.. kuch coaching institute bhi iske saath jude hote hain.. and that's a SHAME!!! normalization should not be done in CGL ONLY… so why Raju and Co. is blocking CGL? not only cgl 17 will be delayed but also CGL 18 will be delayed.
SSC kuch bacho ke liye, qualified students se haat dho bete gaa. SSC should conduct a separate exam for the unhappy court goers and stop this nuisance right in its track before any further delay in the exam.
