Sometimes we also give chances to make instability by such terrorist groups like raising the issue of abolishing article 370 and section 35A.

Suggest what policy would help address present Kashmir situation.
1.Give regional autonomy to all three regions of J&K i.e. Kashmir Valley, Jammu and Ladakh. It has to be coupled with proper dialogue with separatists.
2.Huge thrust on tourism (tourism has a big multiplier effect and will create a positive impact on local economy)
3. Encourage Kashmiri students, present in other States of India, to participate in important state affairs. The state CMs should set up monthly meetings with Kashmiri students and solve their issues. It will create a good image about Indian states among the Kashmiri people. (Provide security to Kashmiris in other states of India)
4.Center & State Government should provide employment make more projects like Heavy infrastructural investments such as Chenani-Nashri tunnel , Kishan ganga and Ratle hydroelectric projects.
5.Establishment of cultural ,sports and other connection with rest of India.
6.Security forces restraining from indulging in conflict with terrorist.
7.More Surgical strikes across the border so as to punish the infiltrators .Consequently the filtration grid is tightened.but do not publish this.
8.Censoring of provocative and radicalising content on print as well as social media.
9.Government must focus on Education sector.I used to say be give a best education to kashmiri children and as a result in future we can find prudent people in kashmir velley.

KASHMIR ISSUE=> In my opinion both india and pakistan cannot solve matter of the kashmir on their own because no one is concerned about kashmir and they have made this as matter of their prestige. So,two ways come to my mind.
1)UN should conduct a poll in both POK & india occupied kashmir ,not for any party to rule but for in which country kashmiri people want to live in or they want an independent kashmir on that basis destiny of kashmir must be decided.
2)this one is funny – value of both the areas under pok or iok must be evaluated & asked if pakistan is ready to pay that amount otherwise india can pay and take whole kashmir.People who want to stay in pakistan or india move by their choice.
