MCC has debarred those students, who have taken up seat after second counselling through NEET-PG, to attend any other counselling. Many state have denied the candidate to resign their seats or to give back their original documents, while some, being lenient, have allowed them to resign after furnishing the bond amount.
Now in such a scenario, many of the students are under the dilemma to take their next step. Whether they should move high court or to MCC.
