Lucknow: City boy Aman Tiwari, who bagged All India Rank 256 is most likely the city topper for JEE (Advanced), gateway for 23 IITs, NITs and other premier engineering colleges in the country. Rohan Gupta who secured the top rank in JEE (Main) also cracked JEE Advanced by securing AIR 354. Another city boy, Sajal Chaurasia bagged AIR 484.
All the three top rankers have a list of commonalities. The trio, who is from the same school — City Montessori School, Gomtinagar, now wants to pursue electrical engineering, either from IIT-Kanpur or IIT-Delhi. Beaming with joy, Aman said, “I was expecting a better rank. With 256, I will make to IIT-Kanpur or Delhi. Both are closer to my home city.”
