  1. If the leader of the majority party is elected as Prime Minister or Chief Minister by entire house, then how does this help in simultaneous elections? Even if we choose any other person, like Narendra Modi was chosen inspite of Amit Shah being the leader of majority party, then how is it a hinderance to simultaneous elections?
