Let 100 total seats ..then sc candidate 15 % reservation so only 15 students got admission out of 100 …..in 15 % appearing are also high …sc candidates fight among 15 seats …what ever the no of sc students …. Similarly 27 % for obc ..so they reserved only 27 approx seats for competitive density …so competitive density are high when you calculate it by dividing appeared students …so what ever score are less but density are high … Because awareness n appearing students are going to increasing expontially … So sc having high competition among sc community what ever their cutoff n score are less…. So but still in figurs we can analyse sc student can get 1 or 2 South Indian nit…and some of North Indian colleges …but not top college n top branch what they choice….
