Like Every coin has two sides similarly Demonetisation 2016 also have both merits as well as demerits.

Advantages:-
1.In earliers demoetisation of 1978 the notes can be exchange only with the few SBI banks that is also within few days where as in current demonetisation we can exchange the old notes with all bank and post offices.
2.Even for few days we can use our old notes while paying electricity and telephone bill,hospital bills,petrol pump etc.where as this was not available previously
3.In current demonetisation we have 50 days time to exchange the notes which was not there earlier in 1978
4.This there were so many social media and online application were availble for us to track down the cash availability and all which was not there earlier
5.In current demonetisation situation so many retired bankers and all have came forward to help in heavy work load of banking system without anything in return for cooperation which shows unity in our country.

Disadvantages:-

1.Due to sudden announcement of demonetisation create a fear for loss of money between so many people due to lack of awareness who are illetrate people
2.Due to lack of prior preparation so many problems have been faced by low income and middle class people
3.So many death occured due to long standing in que for long hours
4.Due to all of sudden occurance of demonetisation so many people facing problem due to marraige ceremony, and other ceremony held and shortage of cash
5.Bad impact of demonetisation on farmers,peasant,youth,informal sector people and on economy

Jo log ghr se bahr hai job kar rahe hai bank Ki line rent daily expence festivals koi kaise jhel sakta hai..marriage cancil, less cash how it works for poor, bakwas skims hai..digital they charge extra tax ke naam par..sab bakwas skims hai,India already facing criticism for lower class and poor substitution in world,if there is no growth,how you can support poor…this is worst situation going on and on…rich is rich…and poor is more poor.
