Actually i do practice the last 39 years qns and I m able to do most of them. Kuch me tricks, kuch ache se solve krke and I m able to do them correctly. But when it comes to aits, it becomes a grt deal for me. Bahut sare qns nhi ban pate.. Wht is to be done now!!!! Do help
