The Human Resource Development Minister, Prakash Javadekar, recently confirmed the establishment of National Testing Agency (NTA) and also announced some radical changes in the conduction of exams like Joint Entrance Examination(JEE) Main and National Eligibility cum Entrance Test. Some prominent changes are:-
(a) Conduction of both exams in a computer-based format.
(b) JEE Main and NEET will both be conducted twice a year.
(c) The provision of choosing the best of two scores for final application.
