Most of candidate feel that seat distributed in state counselling is through Neet state rank but it is not like that, as the registration of state starts the number of candidate applied in that state then Dgme will generate merit list according to the marks of applied candidate so fresh merit rank will be generated and only on basis of that candidate will lock choices in counselling.
