  1. Protein intake, water intake and msm supplement are whats necessary. Hair is protein made. People go for complicated supplements when the basics lack. Doctor will try to sell you a lot of crap. Try the basics first. Cafein will just increase your blood flow on your scalp, its no magic either. You can simply massage your scalp when you wash your hair and use organic shampoo for the best.

  2. Marina, I have noticed this earlier i your videos… honestly, after releasing this video I admire you even more, for being so free and open-minded to talk about your problems, not only achievements. Thanks for sharing your solutions. Hope your hair will get better.

  3. My advice might not be very popular but I am a big fan of hair masks. For hair growth you can try black pepper oil or mustard mask. Though you have to be careful so as not to hurt your head skin.

  4. dont worry you are still very beautiful! the rogaine will help you out! stay consistent with it! it need a lot of time. im using it too for years now and it helped a lot.
    if it comes again talk to your doctor about Spironolactone or Finasterid (post menopausal) there are many ways of fight hair loss nowadays.

  5. Hi Marina! I can really relate to your problem! I dont have a lot of hair to start with and its kind of weak and thin. I always have a seasonal hair loss problem, however for me it happens every autumn. It really is a nightmare and i do the ponytail check just like u do and feel very frustrated 🙁 What helped me so far is taking Omega 3 and also a couple of hair products:
    Lush Roots hair mask- I use it twice a week and when i do in a couple of weeks i start noticing little hairs on my scalp which is amazing
    Мумие it is a mineral deposit only found in altai mountains and in himalaya, unfortunately it is not sold in Europe but I always ask friends to bring it from Russia. It can be in form of pills, which you can buy in any pharmacy in Russia or fresh if you find an Altai food stand or a shop somewhere. And basically you mix it into you shampoo (so it becomes kind of dark brown colour) and use it as normal shampoo everyday, but you really have to massage it into your scalp and then leave it in for about 5 min. It really helped me to stop the hair loss! Definitely the most effective product i have used and I think ive tried just about everything lol. But you need to be patient, the visible results only come after about a month, because obviously your hair needs to regenerate and stuff

  6. I lost maybe 60 percent of my hair. Doctor diagnosed " acne capillary" (wtf!), I used shampoo and took vitamins too, but it hasn't grow anymore… Stop loss, but I want my hair come back xD

  8. Первый раз слышу, чтоб по весне волосы выпадали 0_о. А такое выпадение от стресса- я бы не поверила. От акклиматизации- еще куда ни шло. От стресса пол мира бы лысые ходили)) Не отрицаю, что такое может быть, но очень удивлена. Удачи в отращивании)

  9. Hey Marina, I have advice for this problem. I have this hair loss 3 times a year as the weather change. I used this method and it stopped. I massage the scalp with I capsule vitamin E and coconut oil and very little castor oil, I try to massage 10 min upside down so the blood reach the scalp, then oil my hair with the remaining, then I mix 1 teaspoon of each powders( shikakai, amla, aritha) they are Indian products you can find online or Indian store, I mix them with water and put specially on my roots, wrap with plastic bag, wait for 30 min, wash, I don't use conditioner because it makes me loose hair more. I do this everytime I wash my hair. I promise you will see a difference within 2 weeks
