MBBS Seat Allotment for Ist Round is completed by Medical Counselling Committee for this year 2018. Based on the allotment results published by MCC, I am going to share you the last All India Rank and NEET score cutoff for each reservation category.
Students from unreserved category who got All India NEET Rank less than 8200 got MBBS Seat in First Round all India Medical Counselling. For SC, the neet cutoff is 438 and for ST the cutoff is 409. For physically handicapped category, the NEET cutoff for 2018 round-1 is 241. From the results, we can observe that the least preferred college by students are either in north east or down south.
If you score is less than the NEET cutoff for 2018 round-1, don’t worry. You have two more chances to get the MBBS Seat. One in your state counselling and another is through second round all india counselling.
Keep in mind that the number of government medical colleges in your state determines your chances of getting state quota seat. If you are not sure whether you will get in round-2, comment your city, state, reservation category and score to find out your chances.

As per my observations OBC seat are equal or higher rank than Open seat. Looks like Open means reserved for FC it's diluting purpose of reservation. Open means open to all irrespective of FC or OBC or SC or ST. But govt is cheating OBC student by not allocating in Open even though eligible.
