sir I filled 7 choices and I clicked on save and exit.then when to lock choice?!! I pressed on lock choice but it not possibled …how to lock choice… is it on 19 th?! any print out to take?!!!!

2. If we don't get a seat in second round also then is the fee refunded immediately or we have to attend the mop up round also compulsory?? Please reply
