Dehradun: Union finance minister Arun Jaitley’s proposal in his budget on Wednesday to set up a National Testing Agency (NTA) as an autonomous and self-sustained body for conducting all entrance examinations of higher education sparked a debate among educationists and students here with some lauding the move, while others still questioning its feasibility.
