In Proxmox VE 4 the GRE module is not loaded, that makes a problem when you enable the firewall on a VPN server, the server will disconnect. To fix this problem you have to enable the GRE module on the Proxmox host server, and to enable the required TCP connection to the VPN VM (in my case TCP:1723) through firewall
