Sir, very grateful for your initiative. I have this little suggestion,though. It would be nice if you could start with comparatively easier questions (comparatively) and slowly increase this level and preserve the hardest ones for the last. This would suffice your purpose of instilling confidence in the pupils and they would slowly develop a habit of solving the problems on their own. Then, I guess best could be made out of your beautiful initiative.
