I agree we should have this right to recall but it should be on the basis of misconduct or corruption because sometimes promises could not be fulfilled due to external conditions so some people might exploits the geninue candidate… Also politicians can also harrass the person who has initiated the recall and stop him in reaching 1/4th signatory Don't you think?

Right to recall initiated by a citizen with containt should be produced before the court or say newly formed commission. Commission shall determine whether the demand initiated is just ,fair and reasonable and produce its reply report before the ECI within stipulated time period say eg 2 months. If then ECI approves recall will be initiated.

Right to recall hona chaie lekin kuch certain criteria k sath… Means esa nhi jb chao recall krdo… Kuch condition ho jese curruption, promises complete na krna incapacity etc n recall k lie ek certain voting bhi compulsary honi chaie jese 3/4 voting milne pr hi recall ho.

First of all I would like to thank your channel to raise "Right To Recall" issue and its necessity. I am an RTR activist working to bring laws in India like Right to Recall PM, CM, SCJs and other big positions in govt., Jury system and many good laws which are in west.

On the disadvantages of RTR like instability, My opinion is that one has to read the procedure given in the law not the label of the law. Right to Recall group has proposed law drafts which can reduce 99% corruption in Indian Politics , Judiciary and Govt. etc. with solution to instability and other fear etc. , a citizen consider in implementation of RTR.

I think Right To Recall is to be brought but with some conditions.Like you mentioned it should be approved by majority of people.I can say there we can put system like impeachment process.This right may destabilise the democracy as there could be frequent elections.So, government expenditure may go up.This right I think should be there for unethical works.The term "unethical" need to be defined carefully.If this right is brought without such conditions,the real purpose will not come & may bring chaos to democracy.
