Sir those are the basic level questions and this a good approach of Adda247 for those who just learn how to approach in English.
For question no 3 your answer is "My mother who hardly received any formal education went on to become a great leader." If this is the right answer then that also be acceptable here example "My mother that hardly received any formal education went on to become a great leader." Since that can be used for both living or non-living. And one more thing you talked about relative pronoun you have used who here as a relative pronoun.
