Colligative Properties are those which are shown by non volatile solute particles. For colligative Properties are –
1. Elevation in boiling point
2. Depression in freezing point
3. Osmotic Pressure
4. Relative lowering of vapour pressure .
Vant’s hoff factor is the ratio of calculated molecular mass and observed or experiment molecular mass.
It also used to calculate degree of dissociation as well as dissociation constant along with degree of association .
