hello sir , maine ssc cgl ke form mai post preference bhar raha tha aur kewal post 'A'bhar paaya tha or form submit ho gya tha ..bs mujhe ye bta dijiye kya mai other posts ke eligible hu ki nahi . dobara post preference bharne ko milegi ki nahi. aur agar milegi to mai B,C,D ki bhar sakta hu ki nahi.

partially right.. but partially wrong.. If a student does not focus into cut off.. then he will not even have any motivation ot prepare much more… simple.. every student cannot score 140-150… that's why cut off can set him a target…
