Sir mob lynching is not a new thing in our country but this time the people ,which are getting killed, are muslims. What about those hindu, sikhs etc; who were also mob lynched? The writer of this article is very selective and spreading fake news which is leading to a communal divide.

Many innocent people lost their life in mob lynching.it is rampant and dangerous crime for our nation and public
It spreads through gaudy and fake messages and post on social media govt must realise that making a law is not enough to control such incidents…it should have to implement this law in good manner it is controlled when every cyber police station and police station tackle these post and person or group who make who spreads such kind of post on social media.it is only controlled when we people perceive that this kind of message and post is fake or real we should not forward or share these kind of message in social media by which any other innocent person lost his or her life in roits…

a nodal police officer can generate a helpline number in different areas, especially in those areas where the lynchings are happened frequently. Also if the citizens of our country are responsible for these untoward incidents , then they must be responsible to prevent it.the police should have an eye on the posts that are being circulated on the social platforms and also on the core groups who indulge themselves in such activities. The police can also appoint one of the commoners to contact directly to them if he/she noticed such inappropriate mob lynchings.

Q. What can be the best way to deal with increasing number of mob lynching in India?
A. As the author said the case of mob lynching is increasing day by day so state government should take several steps like there should be a strict law so that people should fear before taking law in their own hands. People who are found guilty in case of mob lynching should be strictly punished. As mob lynching is becoming a serious issue in India because due to the repulsive personalities of people innocent ones are denigrated. Also People are becomming infurate day by day. So this issue should be considered as serious and several action should be taken.

Q- Explain the importance of regional representation of judges in the Supreme Court of India? (100)

Regional representation of judges plays a vital role in the supreme court of India. Supreme Court of India is the judiciary body where the victim files cases for the justification of the crime happened with them. When the victim is not satisfied with the verdict of lower level of court the only final court left for them is SCI where they expect fair justification. It works at the country level. In SCI victims file the cases from different states of the country and here the demand of the regional representation of judges arise because it increase concurrently with increasing number of diversification of the cases in India .
Now, we look at the importance of the regional representation of judges. India is so diverse in every aspect. Each state has its own demographic culture, geographical culture and languages. Let suppose, Tamil Nadu victim would raise the complain in SCI and the judge assign to that case is from Himachal Pradesh it will leads to lack of understanding in the case between the victim and the lawyer. This misunderstanding creates the feeling of dismay amongst the victims and they remain unsatisfied with the verdict. This is the main reason why the SCI would need to appoint at least single from every region.
