The reason, why our judicial system is not performing well#
Because I work in Civil Court so I understand its problem that why our judicial system is going backward .
Reason 1.. digitalization consequences.
In 2009 digitalization had been started in court by a private software company. Now we have a great technical team they manage cameras in court rooms video conferencing direct to the central jail which is very crucial. But just technical team is not going to help us alone every case have their own patchi files approximately of 400 to 500 pages the technical team look after technical things but the clerk needs to do the work of digitalization
Work of a clerk in the court
1- managing thousands of files
2 dealing with public and advocates
3 participating with court's affairs
4 extra burden of file scanning and feeding for digitalization

Every Court have just one Clark and the dream of digitalization seems impossible.
Our clerks are attempting suicide due to pressure of offices and some who are strong enough and working hard have lots of red marks on their service books.
Reason 2 judiciary's own power (anarchy)
Our judicial system have Omni power power given by our constitution it can prevent corruption of other departments but who is going to prohibit it's own I am not going to tell anything about it you can assume whatever you want and that will definitely true

Reason 3 the court managers

What Court managers are doing right now is the work of SEO senior administrative officer an sao is the most senior , unmatchable experienced official
