  14. The Supreme court play a important role to strong the democracy. It strengthens the decmocracy by maintaining proper rules and regulation which all citizen and residents of india have to follow them. Supreme Court also sight on those who weaken the democracy and give strict action for them. In India Supreme Court also make rule for country and maintain the law and order of democracy . Democracy means the rule of people , government were made according to the selection of the people and government makes law for people to but when Government not doing their work properly then firstly Supreme Court warn them and want answer for the misleading but when the Government not give any response for their work then the Supreme Court take action. Supreme Court is the Supreme body of the country and and they not work under any institution so they are free to do their work without any under guidance or pressure. The Responsibility of strenthen the democracy is on the shoulder of the Supreme Court.
