Central Board of Secondary Education has invited applications from girl students from Kendriya Vidyalayas/Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas/Government schools of any recognized Board in India/ CBSE affiliated Private Schools, for participation in ‘UDAAN’, a programme for the mentoring of girl students for admission to Premier Engineering Colleges.
Udaan is a project launched by CBSE under the guidance of Ministry of Human Resource Development, Govt. of India, to address the low enrolment of girl students in prestigious engineering institutions and the teaching gap between school education & engineering entrance examination.
