All parts i got is as Used. Maybe they looks like new but that is because i clean it previous.

PC parts:

CPU – Core 2 duo E7500 – ( 5.70$ )
CPU Cooler – GlacialTech 775 socket – ( 3$ )
Motherboard – ASUS P5KPL-SA – ( 27$ )
RAM – 2GB DDR2 – ( 4.70 $ )
GPU – nvidia GT 9400 512 mb – ( 9$ )
HDD – Hitachi 320 GB 3.5” Sata – ( 25$ )
PSU – CCIVO 500w ( about 200w real power ) – ( 9$ )
PC Case unknown brand – ( i got it 6$ because one of the side panels was missing and was dirty )

Total cost: 89.4$

Tips and tricks: How to get cheap PC parts:

– Before buying the product search on different places maybe you will find the product with lower price.
– Always ask the seller for lower price.
– If you buying more parts from same seller fill free to ask for lower price, he vill give you.
– If the parts are not clean ( dirt ) you can ask lower price

  1. Hello Cat & Andrew, I was wondering if my laptop would support hackintosh. spec's: CPU: i3-6100U @ 2.30GHz Skylake. RAM: 6gb ddr3 1600MHz
    GPU: Intel HD 520 graphics (Intergraded) Storage: 1TB HHD. Also is it still possible to make an partition, instead of ereasing my whole drive? I saw you're "How to dual boot, MacOSX Yosemite and Windows 10" I see you've created an partition for the macos instead of ereasing the whole HHD. my laptop has resetting problems which isn't good. I had to get my laptop fixed for: ($150) and I don't feel like messing it up again. I appreciate your time. Thank you.

  4. hey man now it is finnaly possible to do a hackintosh with a gtx 1000 series if i am building a hackintosh is it ok to plug the gtx 1060 in while installing WITHOUT the eletcrical cabel or have i to remove the whole card while installing

  6. Hey Andrew I was wondering if you could give me some advise on hackintoshing.

    I have looked at the parts in this video but can't find a motherboard. Could you advise some other cheap parts for me? I am looking to install Mac OS sierra on my current system (as cheap as possible for video editing with 8gb of ram). My current specs are:
    CPU – intel pentium g3258
    Motherboard- AsRock H81M-HDS
    RAM – 8GB DDR3 1333
    GPU – GT610
    HDD – 1TB (Planning to dual boot windows 10 and Mac OS)

    I need some help, I have a Asus motherboard with similar bios. I try to install sierra but I stuck in 3 minutes remaining.
    I try to fix that issue and it's not work.

    Could you help me fix that issue, please?.

    I follow the video guide made by you to create USB installer.

    My specs:
    Q8200.
    Asus P5KPL-AM SE.
    8400GT.

    I had change motherboad GA P31 DS3L but still stuck in 3 minutes remaining.

  16. I AM NEVER DUAL BOOTING AGAIN, THIS SCREWED UP MY LAPTOP. I erased the empty partition and I tried to boot to Windows 10, I get the message as shown: "Missing Operating System". how do I get my windows 10 back. Nothing on my hard drive (Windows 10) was not deleted? please help. 50gb my harddive was used, it's not at 1TB. because​ I wanted to partition it.

  18. Okay my specs are compatible. My Intergraded graphics, are Intel HD 520. i3-6100U or Intel HD 4500. so if I make a partition for Yosemite it shouldn't mess up my windows drive? I got scared as heck when I saw that message. so Yosemite, shouldn't mess with my windows 10 files?

    How good it will perform and is it worth to try macOS on it?

    Gpu: Nvidia 8500GT 512MB
    MB: asus p5w dh deluxe
    Ram: 4GB DDR2
    HDD: 1TB

    I also have a question on sierra, how did you install it? with unibeast? And when i install Sierra, the screen goes to a red text and will not go to the install, do you have a sollution for this?

  29. There are newer Graphics Cards that work on MacOS but Apple just doesn't advertise it very well. Just have to check the website and read the fine print for which cards are supported today.

  32. Hai andrew, nice to see your project above, i thought can we built with 771 mod xeon likes E5470 and DDR3 ram? With 775 mobo. Iam very excited to built with Xeon based on mod 771, Mobo 775 and DDR 3. What do you think? Can you give me spec for mobo can run that specs? Thank you mate for your video, inspiring.

    Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-2120 CPU @ 3.30 GHz
    Motherboard Intel DH61HO Classic Series
    RAM 4gb
    And Radeon hd6450
    Is it going to work on this pc?
