sir no of possible triangle will be 2.
We have to also keep in mind that for formation of a triangle sum of two sides of a triangle must be greater than 3rd side.
There will be three possible solution for for value of x, but the no of triangles form will be 2.
for the value of x=4, no triangles will be formed.

Sir, shouldn't the answer for 23 be A because pattern is January, February, March, April, ( J F M A) and hence it will be followed by MJJ (May, June, July)
