I have a query related exam 2018 civil services that I have gone through a disease named "Cortical Venous Thrombosis with SAH with Seizures Disorder" from 2016. During this disease I had heaviness in eyes and I was not able to see from my left eye.
Is this disease considered as mental illness or benchmark disability?
Can I apply for upsc civil services exam 2018 as I crossed my age for general category?
Comments here shows the level of frustration of engineers. Saale Government college se Btech karte hain and then start giving peon exams. These government colleges ka no subsidy paisa hain woh common public deti hai. After Btech of you want to be a bank employee or IAS then burn your degrees. Can't think beyond government exams because you get to loot and then you get marries with huge dowries. Losers.
