Learner autonomy – the ability to take responsibility for your learning – is not something that all learners have. However, educational technology tools that learners can use to develop personal learning goals assume that learners have that autonomy.
In this webinar, we will discuss practical ways that teachers can integrate digital tools into their lessons in order to help learners develop autonomy while also developing language skills. We will look at different tools and explore how learners can be motivated to use them, and helped to understand what they want to achieve with them, how to exploit them and how to reflect on their use.
