NEET Counselling 2018 – The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) will start the All India Quota counselling as well as the counselling for Deemed Universities from June 13, 2018, onwards. This is as per a notification schedule released by the MCC on June 8, 2018. Candidates will be able to register for the first round of NEET AIQ and Deemed counselling till June 18. The long wait is over for students who appeared in NEET. Soon they can undergo counselling to choose their stream. The counselling schedule has been released by Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) on its official website – mcc.nic.in.
Here are the cut-off marks for each category:
1) General – Candidates who’s scored a minimum of 50 percentile
2) General (Physically Handicapped) – Candidates who’ve scored a minimum of 45 percentile
3) SC/ST/OBC – Candidates who’ve scored a minimum of 40 percentile
After completion of NEET centralized online counselling, candidates have to report the allotted college in the stipulated time. Candidates can report the concerned colleges with the downloaded allotment letter. Candidates need to carry the required documents in original with one set of photocopy. At the time of admission candidates also have to submit the admission fee to confirm the seat. If any candidate will find ineligible in later stage, his admission will be cancelled and his seat will be transferred to the next candidate.
