sir I have recently passed my 12th with 2nd division in science stream and I want to complete further degree with political science and then I want to give upsc and clear,.sir i got second devision just because of upsc and when i was in 12th science i started reading humanities subject for upsc this is the major problem for my 2nd division with52.8percent
